The sub-committee carefully considered the application for a premises licence which had been made by Mr Imran Chaudry in relation to Patty & Sauce, 7 Drayton Green Road, Ealing, W13 0NG as set out in the agenda pack. At the hearing, verbal submissions were made in support of the application by Mr Chaudry, owner of the business. The sub-committee carefully considered the written and verbal representations in objection to the application from the council’s Noise and Nuisance Team, from the Metropolitan Police Service and from the Walpole Resident's Association.

The sub-committee took into account Ealing Council’s Statement of Licensing Policy and the Home Office Revised Guidance (December 2023) issued under S.182 of the Licensing Act 2003.

For the reasons outlined below, the licensing sub-committee’s decision was to grant the application in part, to allow Late Night Refreshment (LNR) for the following hours only:

Sunday – Thursday

Late Night Refreshment (LNR) 23:00hours till 12 midnight

Friday – Saturday

Late Night Refreshment (LNR) 23:00hours till 01:00hours (1am)
