Application to vary a Premises Licence The Office (Beer Mansion),17 Oldfields Circus, Northolt, Middlesex, UB5 4RR (Central Greenford) pdf icon PDF 10 MB


In coming to its decision, the sub-committee carefully considered the application to vary the premises licence for the The Office (Beer Mansion ltd) before it, which was set out in the agenda papers published prior to the hearing. It considered the oral representations made in support of the application, made at the hearing by the applicant’s representative, Mr O’Sullivan and the applicant’s agent, Mr Hill. 


The sub-committee also considered the written and oral representation made in objection to the application by the following responsible authority:


-        Mr Robert Dear, on behalf of the Licensing Compliance and Enforcement Team.

-        Ms Ewelina Kaczowka, on behalf of the Ealing Council Safer Communities/Pollution Control Team.

-        Sergeant Dimi Cassar on behalf of the Metropolitan Police.


The sub-committee considered the Home Office (January 2024) Revised Guidance issued under S182 of the Licensing Act 2003 and, Ealing Council Statement of Licensing Policy.


Having carefully considered the written and verbal representations from the responsible authorities, the applicant representative, and her agent, in regard to the new premises licence application for The Office (Beer Mansion Ltd),17 Oldfields Circus, Northolt, UB5 4RR (Central Greenford) the Licensing Sub-Committee has resolved to only grant the variation as follows:

Friday & Saturday 10:0001:30 hours

The committee decided not to reduce the smoke area capacity and will leave that as 6 patrons at any given time.
